The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodation was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was stunning, with a superb shower. The full smart TV with movie apps was a great bonus. The hosts, Mark and Pete, were fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be returning.

The Walnut, Meopham - A Private Retreat Rural Location Villa was absolutely immaculate and clean, with every aspect of the accommodation being to a fantastic standard. From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt incredibly special. The personalized welcome with delicious home baking set the tone for our stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, with little touches like nibbles in cute bottles and homemade scones for breakfast. The property was well-equipped, with a wide variety of teas, reading material, and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful and immaculate, complete with a superb shower. We were impressed by the environmentally conscious choices made by the hosts, such as refillable bottles of shampoo and locally sourced milk and orange juice in glass bottles.

Although we found the feather duvet and pillows a bit heavy for our liking, this is purely a matter of personal preference. Additionally, there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as being woken twice in the night by the doorbell due to a power cut and having to share a bottle of milk and two pieces of bread between two people.

A fantastic place to stay. Very beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. Lovely quiet location. Owners left us wine and antipasti for arrival along with snacks and fruit. Lovely selection for the continental breakfast. There was an assortment of toiletries provided in the spacious bathroom. Every corner of Walnut was filled with little personal and unique touches, exceeded our expectations and made us wish we had booked it for the whole week.

From easy parking to a cosy and welcoming accommodation, The Walnut exceeded my expectations. The surprise brownies and plentiful, high-quality breakfast were delightful. The beautiful bathroom was well-equipped and the hosts, Mark and Pete, were exceptional. Their understanding when my partner left some items behind was greatly appreciated. Exceptionally well supplied with lots of special touches including homemade cake and a very thoughtfully prepared breakfast ready for the morning. Very friendly hosts and wonderful shared garden and facilities. An outstanding and ridiculously good value overnight stay. The clever use of small footprint that did not make it feel crowded. Thoughtful small supplies of 'extras' in case one forgot to bring something. The homemade brownies were a lovely welcome treat.

The bed was a little uncomfortably sloping to one side. The shower's water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but it was fine.
